Notes:
Faith will be officially joining our troop. I'm excited that we are growing. We may need to move into a larger meeting room! The upcoming Registration Rally may also drum up some more members.

Reminders:
Parade this Sunday- I'll update you all when they give more information. As for now the girls should wear their Troop T-shirts, vests, and shorts. It will be hot, so pony-tails, sunglasses, hats and sunscreen are recommended. Those wishing to participate in a Girl Scout picnic after the parade need to provide their own food. The picnic will be very informal.


Our next meeting is the first day of school. Parents are encouraged to come- girls will be doing their Best Memory Performance for their Creative Composing Patch. They should have been working on this at home. We'll also be having our August Court of Awards. All Badge Worksheets that have not been turned in will have to wait until the next award ceremony. I have the feeling there are several sheets lingering out there. If your daughter forgot her book at some point, you can glance over our previous posts to check for her attendance and participation, then sign off on the activity. If I do not physically have her sheet, I do not buy the patch.
