If you have been collecting paper sacks, please bring them. Tonight we will finish making our collection bags for the Wishlist Drive. Tomorrow, Tuesday 1/25, the girls will meet at Texas Land and Cattle. At 5:45 our meeting with the International Association of Administrative Professionals will begin. The girls will explain the whos and whats of the Ronald McDonald House and give the IAAP the Wishlist sacks. We will also attend their February meeting to retreive the filled sacks.
Each girl should also have 5 or 6 bags in her possesion. She should give these to family, teachers, or neighbors.
Cookie Note:
Everyone needs to turn in money on a regular basis. Additionally, if you have cookies, please sell them quickly, or return them to me. It is possible for one girl to not only affect the reorder status of our troop, but for our troop to affect the status of our entire Service Unit.
If you need more cookies, turn in your orders ASAP. Deliveries arrive twice a week.
Please let me know when your child is available for booths. Booths are available all day Saturdays and Sundays, and 4-8pm on weekdays- with late hours on Fridays. 3 girls are needed at each booth. If you tell me your child's availability ahead of time, it will make my job easier.
We are less than a week into Cookie Season and have already reached a quarter of our goal! Way to go, Troop 1563!
