When:
Thursday, August 18- This is the same day as Hornsby's Meet the Teacher, so plan accordingly. Pre-show events begin at 6pm.
Arrive early for parking, ticket processing, and seat finding.
Animal Open House - starts 90 minutes before showtime. Austin is not listed on the Circus' website as hosting an Animal Open House this year, but it is listed on the Texas Box Office website.
All-Access Pre-show - an hour prior to showtime.
Show begins at 7:30pm.

Tickets have already been ordered.Bring souvenir/food money. It is also likely you will have to pay to park.
What to wear:
Girls should wear their vests. We typically wear our "uniform" (troop t-shirts and khaki shorts) to large events to make it easier to keep track of our girls- but each girl at this event will have her parents with her so it's not such an issue.Special Notes:
The tickets and girl patches are being mailed to me. I will contact you as soon as they arrive. If they do not arrive on time I'm supposed to call Brittany from the Erwin Center (512-471-2642) so they can print something for you guys.The 2 additional patches (for our Boy Scouts) will be held at Will Call, one under Adriana Perez, and one under Rosie Zuniga.
Troop 1563 will be in Section 34, Row 18 (seats 1-7) and Row 19 (seats 1-6.) After being seated, you can rearrange so the girls can sit next to each other. You can click on the image for a larger view.
