Tonight we will do an activity for World Thinking Day. World Thinking Day is February 22. This is the day Girl Scouts take time to think about other Scouts around the world.
Please bring all of your remaining cookies, cookie money, and your "Ask Me About Girl Scout Cookies" pin. We have booths this week that need to be filled. I can get more booths if needed. The girls have done an amazing job this year! In order to earn our bonus we need everyone's help to get rid of our final cookies. Please sign up for a booth or volunteer for door-to-door duty.
This week
Tuesday 2/22: 5:45pm, Texas Land and Cattle on 290
All available girls are asked to join us at the International Association of Administrative Professionals meeting. It will not take long at all- we will just be collecting the filled Ronald McDonald Wishlist bags and thanking the organization for its generosity in helping us with our service project. All of our girls should have received a few bags- for their own family, to give to neighbors and to teachers. I have more if you need them. There are now other troops participating in the Wishlist Drive. Keep your eyes peeled for details on when we'll be delivering the goods to the Ronald McDonald House.
Saturday 2/26: UT's Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day
Look for an e-mail with parking information. We will meet at UT at 1:45 in an attempt to check in together. If you want a patch you must bring cash with you. The event ends at 5pm.
RSVP list: Amri, Atalli, Naya, Desjonique, Emma, Gabby, Ariana, Brigid, Kiana, Emonee, Faith, Eli' Jah, Isaiah
Upcoming
There are 2 local Operation Cookie Packs. They are both free. Please let me know your attendance plans: one (which?), both, or neither.
Sat March 12, Service Unit Cookie Pack- patch issue, talk to Mandy about it
Sun March 13, Council Cookie Pack- troop is already registered, participation patch included.
