In addition to the Overnighter patch, I will try to get the girls "I Survived Over 100 degrees" patches. Patches will be given at the next Court of Awards.

Overnighter at the Dell Diamond
Enjoy an evening at the Dell Diamond watching the Round Rock Express. The real fun begins when the game is over and the Girl Scouts take over the ballpark to swim, watch a movie on the jumbotron and play in the fun zone. There will probably be pre-game activities in the parking lot as well.We attended this event last year and it was loads of fun!
Event Date: THU 7/21/11-FRI 7/22/11, check out on Friday by 7:30am.
You need to bring Permission Slips/Tagalong forms. The link is listed on the packing list. If you do not have printer access, please let me know.
Attending parents: you will need cash for parking.
Schedule:
4pm, Depart from Mandy's House
Arrival-6pm, Activities in the parking lot
6:15pm, Girl Scout Parade
7:05pm, Round Rock Express vs. New Orleans Zephyrs
11pm, Non-Overnight visitors must leave the ballpark
7:30am Friday, Depart from Dell Diamond
8:15-8:45am Friday, Arrive at Mandy's House. I will text all of you when we leave. Please arrive by 9am to pick up your daughter. Thank you.
Pizza and soda, a bedtime snack and breakfast (donuts and juice) are included.
Fees:
Troop: $5 each. The remainder of the cost will be covered by troop funds. Girls will need souvenir and snack/drink money if they want anything during the game. If you sign her up to go and then she does not attend, you will be responsible for paying back the troop portion ($15.)
Dads, siblings, friends: $7 each. This is a game-only ticket.
Please make payment arrangements with Mandy if you have not yet paid.
